Applications

Specially designed for use in surface installations on natural soils or in deep wells.
Used specifically to connect fluid carrying pipes to a sacrificial anode for protection against galvanic corrosion.

Temperature rating: 70°C (operating temperature on the conductor) and -10°C (at the installation site).
Voltage rating: 500V AC.
Construction requirements: As per IRAM 2214.
Conductor requirements: As per IEC 60228 / IRAM NM 280.

Insulation: Black PBD (low density polyethylene of high molecular weight).

Conductor: Annealed electrolytic copper; class 5 stranding.
Insulation: PDVF (Kynar).

Sheath: Black PEBD (low density polyethylene of high molecular weight).

installation

Assembly: Minimum bend radius is 7xOD.
Maximum pulling tension: 5 daN/sq mm on copper conductors.
Assembly temperature: 5ºC or higher.

alternatives

Conductor: Class 2 semi-rigid stranded cable can be supplied upon request.
