Insulation: PVC/Nylon. (THHN)

Communication conductor: 22AWG copper conductor with PVC insulation (for more than three pairs or triads).
Shield: Overall or individual and overall aluminium/polyester tape helical wrap plus tinned-copper drain-wire conductor, 7-wire stranding, class B.
Sheath: Black PVC (blue for intrinsically safe systems); fire-retardant; sunlight and hydrocarbon-resistant.
Stripping: Polyamide ripcord under the sheath.

Assembly: Minimum bend radius is 7xOD (unarmoured versions)
Maximum pulling tension: 5daN/sq mm2 on copper conductors.
Assembly temperature: 5ºC or higher.
