Lay length: 50 mm (20 twists/m).
Unshielded pair: Polyester tape wrap.
Shield: Aluminium-polyester tape helical wrap plus tinned-copper drain-wire conductor, 7-wire stranding, class B.
Sheath: Black LSZH- HFFR (blue for intrinsically safe systems), fire-retardant; sunlight, and hydrocarbon-resistant.
Stripping: Polyamide ripcord under the sheath.

Armour: Zinc-plated steel served-wire helical armour or aluminium interlock armour plus black LSZH sheath (blue for intrinsically safe systems); fire-retardant; sunlight and hydrocarbon-resistant. These cables are UL certified for direct earth burial.

installation
Assembly: Minimum bend radius is 7xOD (unarmoured versions) and 12xOD (armoured versions).
Maximum pulling tension: 5daN/mm2 on copper conductors. Wire-armoured cables can withstand 10daN/mm2 over the the armour wires.
Assembly temperature: 5ºC or higher.
