Fixed power distribution lines for the oil and gas insdustry (Midstream and Downstream) For Alternating Current (60Hz), for single-phase systems (110V), three-phase systems (190/210V) and systems with voltages up to 600V. Installed in aerial trays, gutters or conduits, under roof or ladder under roof, buried in ducts or directly buried. It has additional mechanical protection.

  • Temperature rating: 90ºC (operating), 130°C (overload), 250°C (short circuit)

  • Temperature minimum: Suitable for low temperatures to -30°C

  • Voltage rating: 600V AC

  • Construction requirements: As per ICEA S 95-658

  • Conductor requirements: As per ASTM B172 to B174

  • Conductor: Annealed electrolytic copper; flexible

  • Insulation: XLPE (crosslinked polyethylene)

  • Bedding: PVC fire-retardant

  • Armour: Galvanized steel wire armour

  • Sheath: PVC fire-retardant; increased hydrocarbon, sunlight and low temperatures resistant, with low emission of hydrochloric acid (HCI)

  • Fire requirements: As per ICEA T 30-520

  • Hydrocarbon resistant requirements: As per UIC 895 OR (Oil & Gas)

  • Outdoors requirements: As per UL 2556 (UV Resistance)

  • Halogen content requirements: As per IEC 60754-1 (HCl emission < 15%)
