The materials used in their manufacture combine high strength and flexibility, providing adequate protection against chemicals, harsh environments, tears, and impacts.

  • Maximum operating temperature: 90°C for fixed installation / 60°C for mobile use and occasional bending

  • Minimum ambient temperatura: -40°C in fixed installation / -25°C for occasional bending

  • Voltage rating: 600/1000V AC, maximum 1200V AC / 1500V DC

  • Construction requirements: As per IRAM 2178-1 – IEC 60502-1

  • Conductor requirements: As per IRAM NM 280 – IEC 60228

  • Conductor: Annealed electrolytic copper - Flexible stranding class 5

  • Insulation: EPR

  • Sheath: Polyurethane UV and oils resistant

  • Flexing tests: Mercosur standards NM 247-2 for 15000 double cycles

  • Fire requirements: As per IEC 60332-1

  • Oils requirements: As per ICEA S 73-532

  • Outdoors requirements: As per UL 2556 (UV rays)

  • Hydrocarbon resistance standard: UIC 895 OR (oil, gas oil and fuel oil) / UL 13 (oil) / UL 83 (Fuel C: toluene and isoctane)
